Our Fifth Annual Blessing of the Animals will happen on Saturday October 4, at 2:00 pm out on the grassy area on the right side of the church (as you face the church from the parking lot).All God's creatures are welcome to bring their humans for a brief (20 minutes or so) service in the tradition of St. Francis of Assisi including an individual blessing of each animal.
The service also includes a prayer remembering pets no longer with us.
And New This Year . . . Following the brief service of blessing, our Animal Therapy Ministry will be leading a short Prayer Walk. All God's Creatures - cats, rabbits, lizards, etc. or no pet - and their humans are invited to stay for the Prayer Walk.
