Through drawing close to Thousand-Armed Avalokiteshvara, we can purify our mind of negativity so that, through our powerful compassion, we will be able to benefit others in the most effective way. Gen Kelsang Lhachog will also give teachings on the practice of ‘Drop of Essential Nectar’ and the fasting retreat, ‘Nyungne’.Everyone is welcome to attend this day. It will be followed by a 2 day retreat.
