By purchasing this ticket, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that participating in physical activity like Pilates carries certain inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, dizziness, or injury. I voluntarily choose to participate in this event, fully aware of these risks.
2. I confirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any medical condition or injury that would prevent me from safely participating in this class. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any new fitness program.
3. I release Brimsey, its instructors, partners (including Halcyon Studios), affiliates, and event collaborators from any and all liability, claims, or demands resulting from injury, illness, or damages arising from my participation in this event.
4. I understand this is a voluntary event, and I am choosing to participate at my own risk. I will listen to my body, take breaks as needed, and stop if I experience pain or discomfort.
5. I grant permission for Brimsey and event collaborators to use photos or videos taken during the event for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes, with no expectation of compensation.
6. If I am signing up on behalf of someone else (e.g., a friend or child), I confirm I have the authority to do so and accept the terms on their behalf.
