Event Schedule:
6:30 - 6:50 PM
Ian will introduce the Ross & Squibb Distillery, discussing what sets them apart and providing an overview of the Remus Repeal Reserve Series.
6:50 - 7:10 PM
Taste through five different batches (labeled A-E) with Ian as your guide, using specially crafted tasting mats to enhance your experience.
7:10 - 7:40 PM
Ian will lead you through blending your own unique creation using 100ml blending cylinders and small bottles.
7:40 - 7:50 PM
Compare your custom blend to the renowned Remus Repeal Reserve Series VIII.
