The Charlotte Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. is a non-profit membership organization celebrating 67 years of service to the community, enhancing the lives of ALL children and families while being dedicated to raising the next generation of African American leaders. As we continue to honor our legacy Jewels and cultivate our future Gems, we are proud to bring back our signature event, Blazers and Bling.

The fundraising event is scheduled to take place Saturday, April 5th 2025 at SLINGSHOT Social Game Club with over 30 VIP Booths/Reserved seating options, entertainment, DJ and Cigar Lounge.

This premier fundraiser brings over 600 Charlotte area professionals together in the spirit of philanthropy. This year the Charlotte Chapter is proud to raise funds for the following organizations:

• Jack and Jill of America Foundation, our organization's philanthropic arm, whose vision and mission is to transform African American communities, one child at a time, by addressing the issues affecting children and families, and investing in programs and services focused on education, health and wellness. Jack and Jill of America Foundation – Our vision is to transform African American communities, one child at a time.

• Meck Invest Company--Impact Group, a summer camp dedicated to empowering young males from underprivileged homes by providing a safe and supportive environment where they can discover their potential, build confidence and foster lifelong skills. The program strives to equip youth with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges, while encouraging inclusivity, respect, and responsibility. The camp is 100% free to each participant and designed to educate participants on career paths, education options, financial literacy and personal development all leading to upward income mobility.

Impact Camp – Meck Investment Company

• Beds for Kids, focused on providing beds and essential furniture to children and their families in need. They have 40 referral partners that they work with to support families acquiring household furniture, beds being a prerequisite, to provide at a minimal cost. The cost is to empower the family and minimize the notion of a handout, but an opportunity for them to invest in their home and instilling the sense of a “hand up.”
