Young artists, it’s your time to shine! Participants will be provided with a FREE canvas to use to create an original work of art! There is no theme or prompt limiting your creativity, so let your imagination run wild! All artwork will be displayed at Avondale City Hall during the Gallery Display Period. Awards are given by age categories: 5 – 8, 9 – 12, and 13 – 17. Pre-registration is required.
Art Expo: Thursday, August 13, 2026 at Avondale Civic Center, City Hall Building.
Timeline of Events:
Registration Period: Monday, March 30 - Sunday, May 31, 2026
Canvas Pick Up Period: Monday, June 15 - Thursday, June 25, 2026 at Mountain View Community Center or Avondale City Hall.
Canvas Drop Off Period: Monday, July 6 - Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Mountain View Community Center or Avondale City Hall.
Gallery Display Period: Monday, July 20 - Thursday, August 13 2026
