10:00 a.m. - Workshops begin - Each workshop is about 40 min in length, Workshops are designed to be demonstration/general Information sessions . These sessions should provide you with new knowledge, skills, experiences to live a healthier and more well balanced life! "THERE WILL ONLY BE 2 SESSIONS THIS MONTH".
Think pub crawl - You will move to a different experience at the top of each hour.

Mind & Soul
Leadership and Breaking Barriers - Judge Alcaraz is also a history maker! She is the first and youngest, Black woman to become a district judge in Wyandotte County. This workshop will talk about how she challenged tradition and succeeded with grassroots campaigning. Creating an Effective Financial Lifestyle - This class teaches a holistic approach to personal finance, and the importance of creating effective systems and processes. We will cover budgeting, as well as financial organizational tips and strategies the attendees can use immediately in their daily financial habits. Ryonda Hall CEO, OCD Financial
Body
Gentle Yoga - This class is for everyone! We will focus on the breath and ease connected with movement. The class will incorporate sitting and standing poses with alternate variations offered. Beginner friendly. Stacey Knoell, Executive Director, Kansas African American Affairs Commission
Bells & Buns - a high energy, lower body workout. Resistance bands are the star of the show, helping you sculpt, strengthen and fire up your glutes. This class will deliver an efficient burn.
