A Pecan Pie inspired Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout made with a homemade roasted pecan simple syrup. The quintessential Holiday dessert in my humble pie opinion. The nose is immediately enveloped in a warm embrace of sweet and roasty aromas, evoking the essence of a freshly baked pecan pie. Rich notes of toasted pecans and caramelized sugar mingle with the softness of vanilla and subtle hints of bourbon, creating an inviting and complex bouquet.
