Bellwitch - BA Imperial Stout - 12.0% ABV
Barrel aged in Great Lakes Distillery Barrels for 18 months. We find that this duration imparts the perfect amount of barrel character. These bourbon barrels tend to be on the sweeter side, which lends itself nicely to this dessert like Imperial Stout. Notes of burnt caramel, roasty chocolate, licorice, toffee, sweet vanilla, marshmallow, oaky wood, sweet luxardo cherry, and kiss of barrel char makes way to a pleasant warming of the senses.
