Black Wealth Connect Summit is a one day event uniting the African community and diaspora for business, entrepreneurship, and networking.
About this Event

ABOUT THE SUMMIT:

Black Wealth Connect Summit is a one-day event celebrating wealth, well-being, knowledge, culture, and community.

It brings together people from the African community and the diaspora, and welcomes individuals from all walks of life to celebrate Black excellence. Whether you're an entrepreneur, creative, athlete, investor, or simply passionate about growth and empowerment, this summit creates space for meaningful connections and financial transformation.

With a focus on financial literacy, business growth, mindset, and mental wellbeing, attendees will engage in powerful keynote talks, interactive workshops, and panel discussions. The summit also highlights areas often overlooked, such as financial education in sports and the creative arts.

The day features live performances and a showcase of artwork by African artists, making it a rich blend of insight, inspiration, and culture.

WHO IS THIS FOR:

Our one day financial summit is designed to engage financial experts, entrepreneurs, business owners, property investors, creatives, athletes, professionals, young people, and elders within the African community and the diaspora.

We believe that by bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries, we can create a space for meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and the sharing of a wealth of knowledge around key topics such as financial literacy, mindset, mental wellbeing, and community building.

This summit welcomes anyone passionate about growth and empowerment, and is crafted to attract a broad audience including:

Businesses: Such as owners of start-ups or established businesses that have an interest in promoting financial literacy and community engagement.

Professionals: We also aim to engage with professionals from a variety of industries who are interested in expanding their knowledge and networks within the financial community.

Young people: We believe that empowering young people with financial literacy skills and knowledge is critical to building a strong financial future for the African community and the diaspora. As such, we aim to engage with young people aged 16-35 who are interested in learning more about personal finance, investing, and entrepreneurship.

Creatives: Financial literacy is often overlooked in the creative industries, yet it's key to long-term success. We support artists, musicians, designers, and performers in learning to manage income, protect their work, and grow sustainable, wealth-building careers.

Athletes: Financial literacy is essential for athletes navigating contracts, sponsorships, and career transitions. We aim to equip athletes with the tools to manage earnings, understand endorsement deals, and build lasting wealth beyond the game.

Elders: Finally, we recognise the value of intergenerational dialogue and seek to engage with elders within the African community and the diaspora who can share their wisdom and experience with younger generations.

By targeting a diverse audience, we aim to create an inclusive space where individuals from different backgrounds can learn from one another and work together to strengthen the financial future of the African community and the diaspora in Australia.

The Black Wealth Connect Summit invites everyone, regardless of background, to join us in this mission of empowerment, growth, and shared prosperity.
