Hosted by the Arlington Black Chamber of Commerce

Location: LIVE WICK’S
2405 South Collins St, Arlington, TX 76014

OVERVIEW
Black professionals remain significantly underrepresented in the technology sector—holding only 7–8% of roles overall, 3.7% in technical positions, and just 3–4% in executive leadership.
Meanwhile, the tech industry is projected to grow by 14% by 2032, yet Black representation is only expected to increase by 8%, creating a widening gap in access, opportunity, and wealth creation.
By 2030, this gap could result in over $350 billion in lost wages for Black households.
Black Tech Talk IV is a direct response to this reality.
