After two years of break, Alaturca Connection will take stage at Berkeley's historic venue Ashkenaz with a Turkish cultural night.
We have a loaded program for you:
- Two of Bay Area's top performers, Nicole Maria and Melike Sengul, will dance to our upbeat Turkish Black Sea, Balkan, Roman, and other folk tunes.
- Bay Area's Turkish folk dance group TUFOD will join us with their Black Sea performance.
- JUST ADDED: Two dancers from the world famous dance group Fire of Anatolia (Anadolu Atesi) will take stage with their Turkish Zeybek performance.
- Special appearance by the famous Romanian singer Ionela Guzic.
This will be a feast for the eyes and ears.
Come ready to dance all night.
Doors at 7:30PM, show at 8:30PM.
