Join us at Pretty Dead Taxidermy for a hands-on Rooster Taxidermy Workshop! This in-person event is perfect for those who are curious about the art of preserving and mounting roosters.
In this workshop you will get to taxidermy the rare coloured Ayam Cemani Rooster, an all black skin and feather species of the chicken family. Truly a unique and highly saught after specimen!
Sustainably sourced from a reputable farmer on Vancouver Island.
Over the course of two days, our experienced instructors will guide you through the process, from skinning and cleaning to sculpting and mounting. No prior taxidermy experience is required - just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! By the end of the workshop, you'll have a beautiful rooster mount to take home and display proudly.
