Black Men Heal Yoga (Beginner Friendly)
Come join us for a rejuvenating yoga session specifically tailored for Black men looking to heal and find peace. This program is funded by the Center for Public Health Initiatives at Norfolk State, and Sky's The Limit Yoga has graciously allowed us to use their space. This event is perfect for beginners, so don't worry if you're new to yoga. We welcome you to Chesapeake Hot Yoga for a calming and empowering experience. Connect with like-minded individuals and take a step towards self-care and wellness. See you on the mat!
