About this Event
Black Men. Black History. Black Health.
In honor of Black History Month, Coffee, Hip-Hop & Mental Health presents a powerful live community conversation centered on the mental health, pressures, and lived experiences of Black men.
This special session creates space for honest dialogue about the realities Black men navigate every day, including community challenges, personal stress, and the pressures often carried in silence. The focus is on meeting men where they are, offering real-time support, and sharing tools and perspective that extend beyond the room.
A licensed clinical therapist will be present to facilitate the session. This experience is educational and supportive in nature and is not intended to replace individual therapy. Mental health resources and referrals will be available.
As part of our Black History Month programming, this session will be professionally filmed for television to help elevate the voices of Black men and bring greater visibility to the issues impacting our community.
