This event is being sponsored by the National Council of Negro Women, Inc.-Bertha Black Rhoda Section.
Join us at the Deaconess Foundation for an eye-opening seminar on the urgent issue of Black maternal health. Learn from experts, share experiences, and discuss solutions to address this critical crisis. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that every mother receives the care and support she deserves. Don't miss this important event!
Admission Fee: Donations of diapers, baby wipes, and personal hygiene products (such as sanitary napkins and tampons). The items collected will be donated to Almost Home and Fresh Beginnings Safe House.
Almost Home provides housing and a variety of resources to unhoused mothers, while Fresh Beginnings Safe House supports women rescued from human trafficking and prostitution.
