Join us for a rejuvenating and empowering Mommy and Me Workout hosted by the Black Mamas Support Village with the incredible Coach Brandon Gallimore! This is a space where Black moms can come together to restore, recharge, and strengthen both their bodies and minds. Whether you choose to work out with your little one or let them have fun in the children’s play area hosted by Villager Leader Dominique, we’ve got you covered!
Workout Highlights:
- Core Engagement: Strengthen and activate your core, focusing on foundational movements that support overall health.
- Pelvic Floor Restoration: A gentle yet powerful routine that helps restore your pelvic floor, especially important for new and expecting moms.
- Mental & Physical Empowerment: A workout designed to leave you feeling more physically and mentally resilient as you bond with your child and other mamas in the village.
After the workout, we’ll gather for a cool-down chat, where we can share experiences and build connections. Enjoy healthy refreshments and nourish yourself as part of our supportive and uplifting community of Black moms!
What to Bring:
- Comfortable workout gear
- A towel (optional, but recommended)
- Water bottle
- Your little one (or enjoy some well-deserved me-time while they stay home or play in the children’s area!)
This event is open to all Black mothers looking to get active, restore their body, and connect with other moms. We can't wait to see you there!
