By attending the Black Ice Scholarship Gala, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded, as well as the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Black Ice Scholarship Gala and the initiatives of the Alpha Excellence Foundation. This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media, promotional materials, news coverage, and advertising.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of such recorded media, including, but not limited to, rights to inspect or approve the use of photos, videos, or recordings, and any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, copyright infringement, or fees for the use of recorded media. All photography, filming, and recording will proceed in reliance on this consent.
If you do not agree to the above, please do not enter the event premises.
Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness harassment, disruptive behavior, or other concerns, please notify Black Ice Scholarship Gala staff immediately. Event staff will address incidents promptly, and serious matters may be escalated to the Alpha Excellence Foundation’s organizing committee for review. Our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
If necessary, event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to or remove anyone from the event premises at any time and at their sole discretion.
