We will take a stroll to experience Black history monuments and spaces led by Fred Hearns, Curator of Black History at the Tampa Bay History Center. The event takes place on February 28 at 1:00 p.m., starting at the C. Blythe Andrews Jr. Public Library.
The total walk covers about eight blocks, beginning at the library, moving through the community, and returning to the library.
After the walk, those who would like to join can meet at St. Luke’s AME Church for a complimentary small lunch and refreshments.
