Our Full Tasting Menu is a 7-9 course exploration of African, Caribbean, and global Black food traditions, crafted with local, seasonal ingredients. Each dish is thoughtfully designed to honor the rich history and cultural diversity of the Black diaspora, blending traditional flavours with contemporary flair.
