About this Event
Black Hills Works Foundation is delighted to share that it has received a grant from the South Dakota Humanities Council to publish Journeys of Hope. This book features the stories of the 65 individuals that were recognized in 2023 as part of Black Hills Works’ 65th anniversary. Maureen Conley, an artist at Suzie Cappa Art Center, contributed her unique artwork for the cover design.
Please join us for a public discussion panel with Dr. Andrea Serna and several people supported by Black Hills Works as we mark the release of our new book, Journeys of Hope.
Following the discussion panel, attendees are invited to stay for Bikes and Blooms: A Spring Open House at Suzie Cappa Art Center. Guests can meet the artists, purchase original artwork, and enjoy live music.
