The Juneteenth Culture & Community Fest is a community-centered outdoor experience celebrating culture, freedom, movement, wellness, creativity, and togetherness through music, outdoor recreation, food, and positive community connection.
As part of Black Hikers Week, this festival brings together local businesses, creatives, wellness professionals, performers, community leaders, outdoor lovers, families, and the community for a full day of culture, recreation, networking, entertainment, and outdoor experiences along Detroit’s riverfront.
The day will begin with an optional introductory community hike taking place one hour before the festival officially begins, bringing people together through movement, nature, and community before transitioning into the main festival experience.
Expect an uplifting outdoor atmosphere filled with culture, connection, wellness, music, food, games, and positive energy throughout the day.

REGISTRATION IS FREE
All attendees must register in advance and check in upon arrival to receive an official event wristband.
Important Wristband Information:
• Wristbands are required for access to select food, beverages, snacks, giveaways, vendors, and activities
• Wristbands help us manage attendance, check-ins, and overall event experiences
• Some activities and experiences may have limited capacity
