About this Event
In Honor of Father's Day 2024 & the 2024 Juneteenth holiday, CRESTS-Achieve is hosting a FREE, LIVE, VIRTUAL TRAINING SESSION focused on the transgenerational trauma and profound resilience evident in Black men and boys. This training session will feature a panel discussion that will be co-facilitated by Dr. Cirecie-West-Olatunji and Dr. Constance West (Co-Founders of CRESTS-Achieve). During the panel discussion, we will summarize current data about Black fathers and their sons. In addition, we will identify culture-centered interventions that can be used to support Black men and boys, and to maximize engagement and outcomes related to Black fathers (and their children).
Please JOIN US for what should be a very lively panel discussion that will both informative and useful to you personally and professionally --- if you are a Black father (and/or parent of Black children), an educator or clinician of Black children, a student, a concerned professional, and/or interested community member!
We encourage you to LEARN, SHARE, & GROW WITH US as a result of participating in this training session! Learn more about CRESTS-Achieve (a subsidiary of CRESTSprogram) at: www.crestsprogram.com.
