Celebrating the artistry, innovation, and legacy of Black-owned wine and spirit makers. Guests are invited to explore a curated selection of wines, spirits and art crafted by Black entrepreneurs who have shaped—and continue to shape—the the industry through excellence, resilience, and creativity.
The evening will feature DC's very own Artist & Designer Kanye Tomiwa's artworks and prominent American Sommelier, Winemaker, Designer & Lifestyle Entrepreneur André Hueston Mack.
Get ready for producer stories, and educational insights highlighting the cultural impact and historical significance of Black ownership in winemaking and distillation. Enhancing the experience, a live jazz band will perform throughout the event, honoring one of the most influential Black American art forms and setting an atmosphere that is both soulful and celebratory.
Together, the tasting and live music create an immersive experience that blends history, culture, and craftsmanship.
