In partnership with the Central Florida Section of the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. (NCNW), the Black Child Book Fair will be held in Orlando during the Martin Luther King weekend. The event will be held on January 17, 2026, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Orange County Multicultural Center, located at 7149 W. Colonial Dr., Orlando, FL. The event is free. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with the authors, and there will be story time. Additionally, the Central Florida Section of NCNW’s Good Health Wins project will share valuable information, and the Beta Xi Chapter of the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc. (NSPDK) will provide bookmarks that children can color.
