About the Black Child Book Fair
BCBF began in Chicago in 2009 through the vision and experience of author and poet Darryl Harvey. Harvey’s vision brings extraordinary children's book authors together to close the great need for black representation in children's books.
Engage with authors, participate in story time, and fun activities.
