For a long time I’ve wanted to bring two of my favourite things together: a love of horror films and a love of the weird community in Halifax. Movies are always better when they’re shared, especially with a room full of fellow freaks, horror lovers, spooky little guys, and people who know that summer doesn’t mean you have to stop celebrating Halloween.So we’re unbelievably excited to finally announce the very first Black Candle Boutique SUMMER-WEEN Movie Night!
On June 6th at 7:30PM, we’ll be gathering at the Neighbourhood Witch General Store (1663 Barrington St) for a special screening of the cult classic THE MONSTER CLUB, starring the legendary Vincent Price delivering the B-movie performance of a lifetime.
Come see this commercial flop the way it was meant to be seen: in an after-hours magic shop, on a cheap projector screen, surrounded by people who just want to be themselves.
Ticket-Holders Can Expect:
