BAS Charlotte will be partnering with FACET to serve lunch at the Salvation Army Center of Hope on MLK Day and provide hygiene kits.We will need volunteers to:
Set up, serve, and clean up after lunch
Pack and hand out hygiene kits
The Center of Hope provides emergency housing to women, children, and families. The shelter includes three meals a day. FACET (Faith In Action and Educational Transition Services) focuses on assisting women transition from homelessness to a life of fulfillment and liberation.
Please volunteer and/or consider donate items for the hygiene kits to include:
Toothbrush
Toothpaste
Deodorant
