Our community of educators, parents, and school board members will gather to celebrate the life-changing impact that BLACC member schools on their students and families.
This year’s BLACC-2-School is a special one—for the first time, we will be honoring BLACC’s Educators of the Year.

They illuminate the way forward for students to become critical thinkers, compassionate leaders, and active participants in our democracy. At a time when truth is under siege and public education is under attack, our teachers stand as steady beacons—rooted in community, committed to equity, and driven by hope.
So we gather not only to celebrate—but to bear witness. Each school’s Educator of the Year will be honored for lighting a path not just for their students, but for their entire school community.
