Welcome to the first BISO - Body in Soul conscious movement class in Brussels!
🟡 What to expect from a BISO class?
We will move for about 1.5h. The class will open with a soundscape of carefully chosen music to arrive and land in the body and breath. Followed by a guided articulation of the body through an attention to the movement of breath and rhythm and the movement that wants to travel through us. There will be a guided invitation/exploration, time to move and dance freely, solo and sometimes in connection with others.
During this first session we will focus on the movement portal - ground. How can we find connection to the ground through breath, focus and movement and stay grounded when life throws us out of balance.
🟡 Who is this for?
All are welcome regardless of age, gender, ability or experience. Just bring your curiosity and openness to explore. The session will be a gentle introduction to the BISO practice.
📍Place: Studio JOJI, 18 rue de la Glacière, 1060 Bruxelles. Follow signs inside of the building.
🕟Time: 19 April, 16.30 - 18.00. Doors open at 16.15 and we will start and finish on time.
