Birthing From the Heart is an Experiential Energy Healing Program
To be whole and healed, we must be embodied and able to balance spirit and form through our heart space. This allows, the soul’s expression to birth forth into this reality. For the light and truth of who we are to be is made manifest comes through the heart space and into physical reality. It insists upon this beautiful circuitry between spirit and form being brought into harmony and union both individually and collectively. For it is this union, that allows us to birth forth our true self.

Jenny expertly guides each participant to connect with their own innate healing power, balance and open flow to birth forth their true essence from their heart. Each participant will be responsible for their own healing outcomes and intentions. This highly experiential program requires willingness, intention, and imagination.
This program is designed to work with you in the moment of what is happening right now with your body, being, and consciousness. So each workshop is unique, shaped by the participants and current challenges in our lives. If you have taken this workshop before it is beneficial to attend again!
Logistics:
This workshop is divided into two segments. This is a fast paced workshop and its purpose is to provide the sacred space necessary to clear blockages and integrate high frequency light code quickly and efficiently. There will be minimal time for personal story. So please bring a journal to capture your inner thoughts and experiences.
Dress in layers in comfortable clothing Energy work can affect each person differently; some may become very warm during a healing others may be chilly. Bring water! It is very important to stay hydrated when actively doing energy work. It is called energy work because your body is working!
Part 1 begins promptly at 10:30 am at the Spiritual Healing Center. The focus of this segment is activating and clearing any blockages that prevent connecting with your inner power.
Lunch Break is on your own for 1 hour. Feel free to bring your own lunch and integrate your experience during this time and journal if you desire. You may also enjoy a diner near by.
Part 2 will open with Q&A and sharing if needed. The purpose of this segment is to receive high frequencies light codes to elevate and expand your awareness to tap fully into your own innate gifts, passion, and purpose.
