If your body has been whispering slow down, then this circle is for you! ✨️As we arrive at the Winter Solstice and the dark half of the year, nature invites us to slow down and turn inward. And yet, this is also the busiest season, full of rushing, a full calendar and pressure to keep going.
In this final Circle of the year, we’ll gather to explore rest as an act of Rebellion as we go against the grain and remember that slowing down is not lazy, but is truly, deeply necessary.
That as women and mothers, our bodies and spirits are not machines! We need rest to resource ourselves so we can thrive, not just survive.
Together we’ll move gently through journaling, sharing and a nourishing Yoga Nidra meditation to honour the deep rest your body is calling for.
