A day to delve in! Exploring pathways to navigate and prepare for your labour, birth and beyond.Join Lyndelle, Kate and Misty as we embark on a deep dive into the world of labour and birth. The synergy of their knowledge and experience combined in this field is powerful. With 10 children of their own between them and 100’s of families they’ve supported through pregnancy, birth and postpartum, there will be so many golden nuggets of information to share.
Keeping it real and down to earth with tangible education on anatomy, physiology, emotional and psychological support, labour tools, birth culture and so much more!
Expecting Mumma’s and their partners will gain invaluable education to guide and empower them as they journey through this sacred and transitional time.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Gentle Yoga: wake up and get ready for our day together with simple but powerful movement, breathing and mindfulness practices. Our in-house prenatal yoga teacher Kate will also be giving you useful, practical tools to take into your labour and birth space. No previous yoga experience necessary!
Pregnancy Circle: After morning tea the Mummas of the group will breakout and join Misty and Kate for a women’s circle. This will be a wonderful opportunity to connect and share in a held and sacred space.
Birth Support: Meanwhile Birth partners will join Lyndelle as she shares her infinite wisdom on how to be the best support person during labour! Practical tips and tricks will be in abundance.
