Supportive Pregnancy & Birth Education
Join us for a supportive doula-led education series designed to help pregnant women and their families feel informed, empowered, and prepared for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Learn 10 important resources that support healthier birth outcomes, whole-person wellness, and a more supported pregnancy journey. Participants will also share a nourishing meal together while learning about foods that support both the pregnant and postpartum body.
In this class, you will begin curating an outline for your ideal birth experience and participate in meaningful discussions around community, mental health, self-advocacy, and wholistic birth principles.
Participants will leave with a care package filled with supportive items for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and newborn care.

Families will learn about practical tools, local resources, and ways to help mothers feel supported, healthy, and cared for during pregnancy and postpartum.
