A Private Pilates & Wellness Experience For Mums
For the first time in Birmingham, Essential Woman is privately taking over Loop Studio for a curated Reset designed exclusively for mums putting themselves first.
It’s a small, intentional wellness experience where movement meets connection.
Only 19 women will be in the room.
What The Reset Looks Like
The afternoon begins with two private sessions:
Reformer Reset (10 women)
Barre Burn & Balance (9 women)
Each session is closed to the public and reserved exclusively for Essential Woman guests.
After movement, both groups come together inside the studio for a relaxed wellness social with drinks, music and space to connect.
This Is More Than Movement
Yes, you’ll move.
Yes, you’ll feel stronger.
But the Reset is also about:
• Reclaiming your energy
• Rebuilding confidence
• Meeting women on a similar journey
• Creating space for yourself again
At the end of the session, we’ll guide a short Essential Woman Reset reflection to anchor how you want to feel moving forward.
You’ll leave feeling physically stronger and mentally lighter.
