About this Event
Join Tualatin Riverkeepers as we paddle near the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge to view and hear returning neotropical migrant birds. Listen for the sounds of black-headed grosbeaks, western wood peewees and common yellowthroats. Search for colorful western tanagers, thrill at the belted kingfishers and ospreys diving for fish. Paddle by resident great blue herons and green herons.
Wear clothes and shoes you don't mind getting wet, and leave as many valuables at home as possible. Please review the General Paddle Trip Information sheet before the paddle trip. REVIEW IT HERE. Register to bring your own boat or rent one of ours.
And don't forget! Tualatin Riverkeepers Members receive a $10 discount on their rental boat for Guided Paddle Trips! Send an email to [email protected] for information about applying your discount code.
