These will be held on the fourth Saturday of each month from now until June. The walking tours are led by a member of the Red Rock Audubon Society and a center staff member or Extension Master Gardener. Areas included are the orchards, vineyards, greenhouses, beehives, and tree plots! A member of the staff will give the tour to explain our mission and show what is being grown and what research is being done.
This event is perfect for beginner birders as most of the birds we will see are the most common birds seen in our yards and parks. We are working to set up some mid-week walking tours as well. Stay tuned for more information on that.
While the event is free, registration is required. Do so at: https://redrockaudubon.app.neoncrm.com/nx/portal/neonevents/events?path=%2Fportal%2Fevents%2F35227
