About this Event

They're awesome, they're flying, and they're back at NHG.

We're proud to once again welcome back our friends Simon and Lindsey McNeny of Window To The Wild, Inc. as they return to bring their unique, educational, and entertaining free-flight bird program back to us here at North Haven Gardens. Featured will be birds from our own backyards as well as others from around the world. As you see the birds close-up, you'll get first hand details on where and how the birds live, their value and status in our local ecosystems, and how you can help them survive and thrive.

This time, in a special two-part appearance, you can drop by their booth first and learn more and ask your questions, and then experience the live flight show, or both!

  • 11:00-12:30 - Booth

Talk to Simon and Lindsey, and get your questions answered.

  • 1:00-2:00 Birds Flight Show- Classroom

Watch them fly! Here's your chance to see birds up close and learn more about them.

Window to the Wild's appearance is free, but please consider a donation online or at the door. Everyone donation goes directly to and supports their conservation efforts to bring increased awareness of the beauty and value of these birds.

NOTE: The flight show is ideal for children, and they will be given priority space up front on the floor. Limited seating will be available at the sides and back of the room.

You don't want to miss this fun event. These opportunities are difficult to find- make sure you are with us to see and enjoy and learn more about these amazing animals.

gives their audiences the opportunity to learn about our animals in an intimate setting, to see first hand about how we train using positive reinforcement training techniques, and to promote wildlife conservation through educational shows and fundraising. Lindsey and Simon's greatest focus is to involve and teach young children about the beauty that nature has to offer, inspiring them to become conservation champions.
