Class Presentation Description:
Bird photography can be quite challenging due to fast, unpredictable movements and difficult lighting situations. This class will cover how to conquer these issues and capture beautiful photos of our winged friends.
We will discuss equipment, settings, lighting, composition, and how to create captivating bird photos. Perfect for beginners and enthusiasts looking to sharpen their skills and come home with incredible bird photographs!
Do I need to pre-register?
Yes, we have limited seating, so pre-registration is required. Class costs $40.
What do I bring to class?
- A pen and paper, if you'd like to take notes.
- You're also welcome to bring your camera. While this class is more lecture-style, it can be helpful to follow along with your camera, and it can sometimes be helpful to have your camera when asking questions.

Join us Saturday, April 25th @ 7am for a birding photowalk at Stage Nature Center in Troy! To keep the experience enjoyable and well-paced for wildlife photography, this event has a limited capacity of 15 people.
