Curious about what is flying overhead? Join the Piedmont Bird Club for a leisurely walk along our Western Branch on the Downtown Greenway to learn all about the basics of birding on Monday, June 8, from 5:30-7 pm. Please arrive to 501 Guilford Ave. a few minutes before the scheduled start time, and be sure to wear comfortable walking attire and footwear. We recommend dressing in layers, wearing a hat or sunscreen, and bringing a water bottle.
Bring a notepad and pencil, and any binoculars or birding scopes that you may have; some will be available on-site for use. There are NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS available at this site. Please do not bring your dog(s).
