About the day
Join us for a nourishing, day retreat, meticulously designed to help you step into 2026 with clarity and confidence. We’ll ground our nervous systems, honour the wins you’ve already earned, reignite sleeping dreams, and translate it all into a vision board you’ll actually use—closing with a sound bath to integrate your intentions.
Who it’s for
This space is for Black, Indigenous and People of Colour who want a safe, gentle, and intentional opportunity to start 2026 with clarity of self and aspirations - whether you’re new to vision boards or returning to the practice.
What you’ll experience
- Arrival & grounding — guided breathing/meditation to settle in
- Clearing your mind reset — park the mental clutter so you can be present
- Power audit — name the strengths you’ve proven + the hopes you’ve hidden
- Clarity for now — where you are now vs. what a “10” looks like next year
- Vision Board 101 — how to use your board as a 2026 roadmap
- Creation time — cutting, pasting, music, joy (all materials provided)
- Sharing circle — be witnessed, no fixing or advice
- Closing sound bath — deep rest to seal your intentions
You’ll leave with a finished vision board, a clearer sense of focus, and one tiny next step to do this week.
