A donation-based sound bath for BIPOC community healing and rest.
Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Ocre Massage & Spa. This event is specially curated for the BIPOC community to unwind, destress, and connect with each other through the power of sound healing/sound therapy.
Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments as you lay back and let the vibrations wash over you. This is a safe space for BIPOC individuals to come together, heal, and find peace.
No experience with sound baths is necessary - just bring an open heart and mind. We can't wait to see you there!
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring additional blankets or pillows for your comfort.
I believe that sound is a powerful healing tool that should be accessible to everyone, (especially for black and brown people) so I offer a monthly donation-based sound healing session for our community. Suggested donation $15-40, pay what you feel called to donate.
