BIPOC Centering Class: Birth is Power, Birth is Protest

Birth is sacred, powerful, and deeply connected to our survival as BIPOC families. Together we’ll reclaim birth as both a personal rite of passage and an act of resistance in systems that too often fail us. Participants will learn about labor stages, practice comfort measures with partners and loved ones, and discover ways to advocate for safe, supported birth experiences. Birth belongs to us and in community, we remember our strength.
