NanaWall Walking Tour: Design & Usage of Operable Glass Walls in Commercial Buildings

Explore operable glass walls in commercial projects on a guided walking tour hosted by a NanaWall local representative. This tour will showcase operable glass walls in real world applications; while reviewing product functions, features and benefits that make operable glass walls relevant to the application.

Comprised of four to five stops, this one-hour tour highlights retail, restaurants, and rooftop venues. Design professionals will have the opportunity to examine full size units and learn the differences between folding, frameless folding, single track sliding, and sliding frameless glass walls. In these settings, operable glass walls are commonly used to separate indoor and outdoor spaces on exterior walls or provide flexible, acoustically controlled interior spaces. Sill options will be displayed and explained along with suggested installation details of the frames and head track. View how independent performance testing confirms large operable glass wall system’s ability to resist the elements while allowing fresh air and daylight to pass through. Architects that are partnering with manufacturers and providers of these innovative, flexible systems are emerging as leaders in creating safe, responsive built environments.
