Biodanza is an invitation to explore how you move on the dance floor and how you move through life. You will learn to listen and act on the wisdom of your physical and emotional body. You will have fun and be playful, and build your capacity for love, confidence, and brilliance. This process of personal growth induces experiences that have a regulatory effect, reestablishes the psychophysical balance, reducing stress and organic and muscular tensions.
Hours from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
