👤 Cristiano Martinsist
Cristiano sündis Saksamaal ja kasvas ja elab Portugalis.
Ta on sertifitseeritud Biodanza juhendaja ja didaktiline õpetaja (Rolando Toro süsteem), koolitatud Biodanza SRT koolis Portugalis. Aastate jooksul on ta loonud ja läbi viinud mitmeid inspireerivaid töötubasid, sealhulgas:

Cristiano õpetab regulaarselt Berliinis, Portugalis ja Nantes’is, samuti korraldab töötubasid üle Euroopa ja kaugemalgi. Lisaks Biodanzale on tal taust kliinilises psühho-pedagoogikas ja Gestalt-terapias ning ta õpetab Inimese Arengu ja Loovteraapiate erialal Rakendatud Psühholoogia Instituudis.

It is a system that combines music, movement, and authentic connection to awaken joy, vitality, and a deep sense of being alive here and now.
Inspired by ancestral dances and rituals of celebrating life,

Every experience in Biodanza is called a vivencia – a moment of fully living and feeling, opening the way for our true self to emerge through movement.

The Core of Biodanza – The 5 Lines of Vivencia: The Courage to Be
Clarissa Pinkola Estés once said:

Biodanza invites us to embrace our instincts – those bio-cosmic forces that guide life, connect us with the collective unconscious, and express themselves through movement.
These essential lines of Vivencia are:

🔥 Sexuality – the awakening of desire, pleasure, and the life force.
🌈 Creativity – the power to express, innovate, and renew.

👤 About Cristiano Martins
Cristiano was born in Germany and rooted in Portugal, where his path of love for Life, Beauty, and Mystery blossomed.
He is a certified Biodanza facilitator and didactic teacher (Rolando Toro System), trained at the Biodanza SRT School of Portugal. Over the years, he has created numerous workshops such as:

Cristiano also teaches regularly in Berlin, Portugal, and Nantes, with an active agenda across Europe and beyond. Alongside Biodanza, he has a background in clinical psycho-pedagogy, Gestalt therapy, and teaches Human Development & Expressive Arts at the Institute of Applied Psychology.
