The mystery of being alive could be circumscribed to knowing when to open up and when to close, when to say yes and when to say no, when to nourish oneself from the surrounding environment and when to seek refuge in solitude.Instinct needs specific stimuli to manifest itself. Thus, some functions of motherhood are only activated during pregnancy or after childbirth, sexual instinct is organized in the presence of someone who erotically attracts us. It is a force, basic information for life.
In this weekend, we propose organizing instincts in relation to the three existential questions, which are:
Where to live?
Who to live with?
What to do in life?
The proposal is to answer these questions based on the responses our instincts give us.
This weekend is open to people who already have experience in Biodanza and who are available to deepen their practice.
