About this Event
Spring Renewal: Breathwork & Biodanza
“All you can do for another person is be an environment in which, if they wanted to come up for air, they could.” — Ram Dass
Spring is a time of renewal. After the long winter, seeds begin to awaken beneath the soil, responding to the quiet call of life. In the same way, we are invited to reawaken—to reconnect with our breath, our bodies, and our natural rhythms.Breath is the bridge between stillness and movement. Through guided breathwork and Biodanza, we will explore the rhythms of expansion, release, rest, and expression. This workshop offers a supportive space to pause, reset, and gently step into the fresh energy of the new season. Take this time to nourish your vitality and reconnect with yourself and others in a meaningful way.
We look forward to sharing this intentional space of renewal with you.
No experience needed—bring comfortable clothes, an open heart, and a willingness to explore.
Come as you are, leave more connected.
Date: Sunday, March. 22nd, 4 pm-6.30 pm
Fee: Sliding scale $15-$30 (Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds)
About Facilitators
Laura Rosas, Certified Biodanza facilitator. After practicing Biodanza for over a decade, witnessing and experiencing the profound transformation it brings—not only in my own life but in the lives of many others—I felt a strong calling to share this practice more widely. In 2017, I began my training to become a facilitator at the Los Angeles School of Biodanza, rooted in the IBFed system.I feel a deep desire to offer Biodanza to as many people as possible. I believe that this practice can be a powerful source of healing, connection, and vitality—especially for those who often don’t have access to such spaces. I hope to help expand the reach of Biodanza so that more people, regardless of background or resources, can experience its life-enhancing benefits.Mahendra Ananda Briksha, born in the small village of Himalaya, is a yogi, certified rebirthing breathwork practitioner, integrative coach, and yogi chef.
