About this Event

BIMA Members + friends are invited to join the BIMA Innovation Council for a 3-part Reinvention Series.

We are living through the fastest wave of technological change in human history. From the early internet to mobile and social, each wave has reshaped how we work, how we learn, and how we lead.

But today’s AI revolution is different—it is exponential in pace, agentic in nature, and deeply personal in impact.

The first in person event in the series is titled ‘Personal Reinvention’.

Together we will explore what it means to stay competitive when the ground is constantly shifting.

How as individuals do we evolve our roles, mindsets, and capabilities in a world where AI is not just a tool, but a teammate? How do we turn disruption into opportunity, and anxiety into purpose?

Join us as we unpack:

  • Why this wave of change is unlike any before
  • What personal reinvention looks like in an AI-driven world
  • Where to start – practical tips founded on uniquely human traits like curiosity, creativity and critical thinking

This is the first in a three-part Reinvention series aimed at helping stay competitive in the Age of AI—starting with personal, expanding to teams and finally organisations.
