Billy No Mates is a collective of freelancers and remote workers that gather at local independent venues across the North. Set up in 2023 by designer Sarah from KINSHIP, after craving company as a home worker.

Middlesbrough Billy No Mates sessions are kindly supported by Middlesbrough Council. Together we aim to create two threads of positive impact:
- reduced loneliness and isolation amongst freelancers and remote workers
- increased footfall and exposure to local independent businesses
